  1. This is !KeySpeak, version 1  (19 Aug 1992)

  3. The program is designed to speak out the characters that are typed into the
  4. keyboard.
  5.  
  6. It multitasks with other applications, such as !Edit, !Draw, !EasiWriter and
  7. !Impression.
  8.  
  9. This may be of some serious use to people with visual handicaps, I would be 
  10. pleased to hear from them.

  13. present unknown.
